information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). Please read this

privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy,

please do not access the application.

This policy is designed to comply with the Google Play Store Developer Policy

requirements, including the User Data policy.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we

may collect via the App includes:

A. Personal Data

Demographic and other personally identifiable information that you voluntarily

give to us when registering for the App or booking a service, including: * Name:

To identify your account and service request. * Phone Number: Used for

primary account authentication (OTP login) and contacting you regarding your

service. * Email Address: For sending booking confirmations, invoices, and

support correspondence.

B. Location Data

• Precise Location Data: We collect your precise device location (GPS)

only while you are using the app to determine the service location

for our doorstep windshield repair and to find the nearest service center.

We do not track your location in the background.

C. Images and Documents

• Photos: We collect images of your damaged windshield that you upload

during the booking process to assess the damage and provide accurate

service.

• Insurance Documents: If you opt for cashless insurance claims, we

collect copies of your insurance policy, vehicle registration, and other re-

quired documents solely for the purpose of processing your claim with the

respective insurance provider.

D. Device and Usage Data

• Device Information: We automatically collect certain information

about your device, such as the push notification token (FCM Token),

1which is necessary to send you booking status updates and administrative

messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth,

efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information col-

lected about you via the App to: * Create and manage your account. * Process

and fulfill your windshield repair/replacement bookings. * Process your in-

surance claims by securely transmitting necessary documents to our insurance

partners. * Identify your location to dispatch technicians for doorstep service.

* Communicate with you regarding your booking status, dispatch times, and

customer support. * Generate invoices and process payments. * Send you push

notifications regarding your account or app updates.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations.

Your information may be disclosed as follows:

• Service Providers & Technicians: We share your contact details, loca-

tion, and vehicle damage photos with our assigned technicians and service

centers so they can fulfill your booking.

• Insurance Companies: If you submit an insurance claim through our

App, we will share your uploaded documents, personal details, and damage

photos with the relevant insurance provider to process your claim.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third

parties that perform services for us, such as payment processing (e.g.,

Razorpay) and cloud hosting (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud).

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information

about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy

potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and

safety of others.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect

your personal information. * Data in Transit: All sensitive data, including

personal information and uploaded documents, is encrypted in transit using

secure HTTPS/TLS protocols. * Data at Rest: Your data is securely stored

on encrypted cloud databases provided by Google Firebase.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you

provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are

perfect or impenetrable.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes

set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law

(for tax, accounting, or insurance processing requirements).

Your Right to Delete Data: You have the right to request the deletion of

your personal data. You can request account deletion directly within the App’s

profile settings or by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid

request, we will delete your account and associated personal data, except for

data we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoices for completed transactions).

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not

knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If

we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18,

we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version

will be indicated by an updated “Effective Date” and the updated version will

be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this Privacy
